My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff, in particular, Ms. Victoria, was very professional, friendly and went out of the way to ensure our needs were met. I plan to return anytime I spend time in York, Pa. It will be my hotel of choice.

The room was spacious and provided everything we needed. All of the amenities provided met our wants and needs.

everything was so clean! the rooms were wonderful for a family, even the outside planter has beautiful arrangements! Paper towels were included and have a kitchen was so great! the rolling table so we could eat as a family was great! close to lots of restaurants !

Great room. Excellent space. Loved the dishwasher, and the fridge was a very good size for the room. Good size TV. The bed was absolutely great and very comfortable. Large Micro-wave - a definite plus.

Great location, facility, and staff. Only complaint we have is that they planned a whole facility carpet cleaning without advance notice. Received a note on the door one morning that we could not have anything on the floor, and when we returned the carpets were damp for the next 24 hours. We were in the middle of a move and had 6 suitcases in the room. It made the experience uncomfortable for that day.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped us straighten out some issues between Booking and the location.

I loved how clean and fresh the room felt when I first checked in as well as after I received housekeeping service. The staff was super friendly and helpful!
